Photo Workshop Registration:

Norm Cheung Photo Club (NCPC) is open to anyone having an interest in photography regardless of skill level although emphasis is on respect and professionalism towards fellow members. The NCPC was established in 1995 for the purpose of bringing photographers, models and makeup artists together to develop and to put into practice their skills in a friendly professional encouraging environment.

Photo Workshops are held on a monthly basis at the Holy Trinity Church Auditorium in Thornhill Ontario. These workshops provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and to focus on individual portfolio development. The NCPC is not so much a tutorial camera club but a group of passionate amateur and professional photographers coming together to share ideas and experiences. Questions and Answers are encouraged.

Five studio lighting stations are setup within the auditorium with an opportunity to shoot outdoors weather permitting. Some attend to upgrade their photography skills while others come to share a common interest and enjoy the camaraderie. The NCPC also conducts Critiquing Sessions and Photoshop Technique Workshops to help photographers take better photos and enhance their images on a computer. These sessions are usually announced at workshops and through email announcements.

A hot lunch is included in the cost, unfortunately we cannot accommodate everyone's dietary requirements. Meat and vegetarian dishes are prepared to please most. If you have a strict diet, you are encouraged to bring your own meals.

Cost, Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy:

Photo Workshop Fee

$60.00 per person for Photographers
$20.00 per person for Models (Female/Male)

Payments are accepted with any major credit card using PayPal. Space is limited on a first come first served basis. Payment must be made 5 days before the start of the workshop however; it does not guarantee you a spot. We ask that you email us prior to making a payment to verify vacancy. We will notify you should a workshop be full. If for any reason you need to cancel, please notify us well in advance or at least 5 days before the start of the workshop. At that time, we will refund your payment, less a $5.00 cancellation fee. However, payment may be transferred to a future workshop. If notification of cancellation is made less than 5 days before the start of the workshop, payment is non refundable. In the event a workshop must be cancelled due to inadequate enrollment, all deposits are fully refunded, or may be transferred to a future workshop.

We are not affiliated with any church or denomination but we are grateful to and would like to thank Holy Trinity in Thornhill to allow us to rent their spacious auditorium for our organization. The Norm Cheung Photo Club is a nonprofit organization made up of amateurs and professionals. While individual members may advertise in their personal website, we do not specifically endorse the services of anyone.
